Description

  • This is a perfect transition exercise for the front lever.
  • Grab a bar with the palms of your hands facing forward.
  • Flex all your muscles especially your lats and abs.
  • Slowly raise your knees above your head touching ┬áthe bar.
  • Lower your legs back to the starting position and repeat.

Points of attention

  • Keep good form.
  • The duration should be slow so as to use no momentum, try 5 - 8 seconds up, 5 - 8 down.
