Description

  • Secure the elastic under your foot or table and grasp the elastic band with your hand palm facing down.
  • Place your forearm on the table with your hand off the edge of the table, palm ¬†facing down.
  • Move your wrist upward and hold for 1 second then slowly return to the starting position.

Points of attention

  • Keep your forearm still and perform the exercise slowly and controlled.
