  • A lot of ¬†modern climbing hold brands shy from making this type of hold because they tend to be quite injury prone however you will find pockets in abundance outdoors especially in the Frankenjura.
  • Training your fingers in pairs or singles (group training) ¬†forces you to train your weaker fingers as well, in a normal climbing session your stronger fingers will tend to compensate thus leaving your weaker fingers untrained. This over time will give you a stronger full hand grip.
  • There are 3 pairs F2 (front 2) Index and Middle finger, M2 (middle 2) Middle and Ring finger, and B2 (Back 2) Ring finger and Pinky.
