  • Thera-band

Remark or addition


  • Stand in the middle of the thera-band.
  • Grab each end of the thera-band with your hands.
  • Begin with both arms at your sides, the palms of your hands facing ¬†forward.
  • Keep elbows straight and lift your arms sideways up to shoulder level and then all the way above your head.
  • Slowly lower and repeat.
  • Can also be performed with dumbbells.(iron man)

Points of attention

  • Keep elbows and back straight.
  • Perform the exercise slowly and controlled.
