Remark or addition


  • Lie down  on your back and contract the abs. The legs should be held straight out from the body with your toes pointed.
  • Slowly raise shoulders and legs from the ground. The arms and head should be raised along with the shoulders. The lower back must remain in contact with the floor.
  • The aim is to find the lowest position that you can still hold the legs, without touching the floor.


Points of attention

  • Keep the abs and butt tight at all times.
  • Your lower back should be against the floor at all times.

  • Aim to develop your hollow body hold for 2 minutes.
