Description

  • Begin this stretch with your heels together, holding both feet with your hands.
  •  Apply weight with your elbows or hands to your knees to bring your hips closer to the floor and gradually increase the stretch.

Points of attention

  •  Keep your back straight, if you can't maintain good posture you can sit with your back against a wall.

  •  Gradually apply pressure on the knees to bring your legs closer to the floor.
