Description

  • Stand up straight
  • TakeĀ hold of the left ankle with the left hand and pull your leg up to your buttocks and hold for 30 seconds
  • Repeat with the right leg
  • You will feel the stretch along the front of the thigh

Points of attention

  • Keep your back straight
  • Aggressive or hurried stretching can damage muscles, tendons, ligaments and nerves, so stretch slowly and with caution.
